Yoga is a mind-body discipline to promote your well-being, health and peace of mind. Developed thousands of years ago it is both an art and science utilizing your mind, body and heart to help you eliminate unnecessary suffering and live a healthier, more satisfying life.

We are committed to helping you attain and protect your health and relieve unnecessary suffering. Whatever your age, stage of life or ability we are honored to work with you to facilitate your personal growth and healing. Your unique needs, interests and goals will determine the direction of our work. Through yoga and bodywork we promote your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Therapeutic Series

Limited enrollment classes using gentle yoga postures and breathing to increase body awareness and transform poor movement habits into healthy ones. We will stretch and strengthen for balanced action. classes with greater individual attention and community support.

 

Classes offered with a minimum of four enrolled: Gentle Therapeutic Yoga

Public Classes

All-level general focus yoga classes featuring postures and breathing practices and utilizing sound, imagery and meditation to affect your multi-dimensional self (physical, physiological, mental, emotional and spiritual). A great way to learn the postures and integrate Aston® movement principles within a community of support.

Integrative Bodywork

Soft tissue manipulation plus movement education: making it possible for you to do what you want to do or to enhance your sport or art performance.
